Charity Williams

Charity Williams, EdD, is a middle school principal in southwest Missouri. She has more than 20 years of education experience, 15 of which she has served in leadership positions. Throughout her career, Dr. Williams has focused on achieving continuous school improvement through professional learning communities (PLCs).

Dr. Williams works closely with teachers to create collaborative team structures focused on the right work of PLCs. Under her leadership, Neosho Middle School was designated as a Model PLC at Work® school in 2022, a Marzano High Reliability School in 2022, and a designated Model PBL Demonstration Site through Magnify Learning in 2021.

Dr. Williams earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Missouri Southern State University, a master’s degree in education leadership from William Woods University, and an educational specialist degree and a doctorate in educational leadership from William Woods University.
