Cody Mothershead has worked with the White River School District for over 15 years and has been involved in implementing PLCs as a teacher, team leader, assistant principal, and now currently leads the work as a principal.
Cody has worked with his leadership team and department teams to ensure a guaranteed and viable curriculum is implemented in every course and there are systematic interventions schoolwide in Tier I, II, and III. White River High School is currently recognized as a Model PLC school.
