Jayne Holck

Jayne Holck has more than three decades of educational experience, including 20 years as a building principal. She has worked in urban, suburban, and rural districts as a K–8 teacher, a teacher leader, and a principal.

Jayne has a passion for school improvement and facilitating data-driven processes that result in high levels of learning. After 18 years of serving as principal at Parkview Elementary School in Cedarburg, Wisconsin, she decided to pursue opportunities to help schools throughout her state and country grow their PLC practices to better support student learning.

Under her leadership, Parkview Elementary School demonstrated improved achievement. It was identified as one of the best gap-closing schools in Wisconsin in 2020 and has been rated as one of the top-performing state schools. Parkview was designated a Model PLC at Work® school in 2022 and has regularly received accolades in Title I, RTI, and PBIS for achievement, gap-closing results, and behavior.

In 2021, Jayne was identified by the Wisconsin Center for Education Research as one of Wisconsin’s most impactful principals due to sustained and exemplary growth and achievement at Parkview Elementary School.

Jayne earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education with K–8 certification and a master’s degree in teacher development with preK–12 principal licensure. She is licensed as a district gifted and talented coordinator.
