Allison Zmuda

Allison Zmuda is an education consultant specializing in curriculum, assessment, and instruction. She works with national and international educators to design learning experiences that are relevant, meaningful, challenging, and appropriate. Previously, she served as a high school social studies teacher for eight years.

Since 2001, she has authored nine books. In addition, Allison curates learningpersonalized.com, a website community comprised of her writing and that of colleagues and other educators. She also co-developed a series of online personalized learning courses.

Allison holds an MALS in American studies from Wesleyan University and a BA in American studies from Yale University, where she graduated magna cum laude.
