Dr. Williams has held diverse roles, including program manager, district coordinator, principal, and adjunct faculty. She is an expert in multitiered systems of supports (MTSS), universal design for learning (UDL), PLC at Work®, RTI at Work™, and Beyond Labels, with a proven track record in leading districtwide initiatives, securing multimillion-dollar grants, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement data-driven solutions.
She is a published author of Demystifying MTSS, and she is passionate about empowering schools to meet all students' academic and social-emotional needs.
