Ann Delehant is an experienced facilitator, learning leader, and agent of systemwide change. Her work focuses on developing, supporting, and coaching leaders at all levels, building collaborative cultures, and facilitating systems change.
Ann is a senior consultant for Learning Forward. She served on the faculty of the University of Pennsylvania Center for Educational Leadership and held many positions at the Rochester City School District, including coordinator of the Cooperation, University, Business, and Education (CUBE) Program, grant writer, and director of staff development.
She served as a trustee of the National Staff Development Council (now Learning Forward) and was a founding member of Learning Forward New York. She received the National Staff Development Council’s Distinguished Service Award in 1996.
Ann earned a bachelor’s degree in communication and education from Carlow College (now Carlow University), a master’s degree in communication from Arizona State University, a master’s degree in counselor education from Canisius College, and a master’s degree in school and district administration from SUNY Brockport. She also continued studies in adult learning at the University of Rochester.
