His roles have ranged from elementary teacher and reading specialist to instructional coach and executive director. Blake is a firm believer that schools can achieve their fullest potential through collaborative efforts centered on intentional learning.
In addition to his hands-on experience, Blake regularly presents at conferences and institutes across the country, sharing his insights and strategies for effective teaching and learning. Driven by a deep passion for the learning outcomes of all students, regardless of their demographics or backgrounds, he emphasizes the importance of collective efficacy among teachers.
