Erica Battle, an educational expert with Life Changes in Progress Educational Consulting, has supported thousands of educators nationwide. She has held various roles in education, such as classroom teacher, instructional specialist, teacher mentor, and director of response to intervention, specializing in literacy. Erica’s knowledge encompasses a broad range of educational topics, such as social-emotional wellness, effective literacy practices, instructional practices that yield results, data-driven instruction, and instructional leadership. Erica has had the privilege of supporting leaders, teachers, and students in urban, rural, and suburban communities throughout the United States and the US Virgin Islands.

In addition to her consulting work, Erica Battle is a published author of books and guides used by schools and organizations nationwide.

Erica received her bachelor’s degree from Tennessee State University, a master’s degree in teaching from Trevecca Nazarene University, and she completed her educational leadership coursework from Lipscomb University.
