Sienna Shively is a principal coach in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, she supports principals in identifying and planning for areas of need, develops their knowledge in implementing the systems of a professional learning community (PLC), and guides principals in developing their school-wide leadership capacity. Sienna has more than 25 years of experience working as a teacher, principal, director of curriculum and instruction, and principal coach. As an administrator adhering to the PLC process, she successfully led three schools from underperforming to highly performing in less than two years.
Sienna received her bachelor’s degree in elementary education at Arizona State University and a master’s degree in educational leadership from the University of Phoenix.
