Stephanie Burdette has more than 24 years of experience as an educator. She has served in various roles as a classroom teacher and instructional coach. Stephanie is currently the elementary math specialist for Greenville County Schools in South Carolina.

Stephanie Burdette

Stephanie Burdette has more than 24 years of experience as an educator. She has served in various roles as a classroom teacher and instructional coach. Stephanie is currently the elementary math specialist for Greenville County Schools in South Carolina. Stephanie co-facilitated and co-created a district training program in her current district to support educators in becoming master teachers, instructional coaches, or administrators.

She has served as a master teacher for the Teacher Advancement Program. Stephanie has also served as an adjunct professor for a concentration area as an instructional coach in Clemson University’s online master’s program. Trainings she has participated in include Cognitive Coaching, Jim Knight’s Intensive Instructional Coaching Institute, Elena Aguilar’s The Art of Coaching Teams and The Art of Coaching Training, and ongoing Assessment Project additive training. Stephanie is a member of the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics, National Council of Supervisors of Mathematics, and South Carolina Leaders of Mathematics.

Stephanie has an elementary education degree from Clemson University, her master’s degree from Southern Wesleyan University in curriculum and instruction, and 30 hours above her master’s degree in administration from Western Governors.
