Steve Revard is the principal at Cass High School (CHS) in White, Georgia. He specializes in leadership development for teachers and school administrators to build and maintain a professional learning community (PLC) culture. Steve introduced the PLC process at Cass High School in 2019, and through the work of the guiding coalition, CHS was later named a Model PLC at Work® school.
Steve graduated with a bachelor’s degree in education and a master’s degree in teaching. He’s been a teacher, coach, assistant principal, and principal.
