Tiffany Mathews

Tiffany Mathews has over 16 years of experience in education. Throughout her career, she has worked as a teacher, department chair, assistant principal, and principal at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. Furthermore, she has served as the campus testing coordinator, 504 coordinator, and administrator for special education, career and technical education, math, and English language arts.

During her time as a leader, Tiffany played a crucial role in enhancing the professional learning community (PLC) and response to intervention (RTI) practices at both Brabham Middle School and Cedric C. Smith Elementary. In 2023, as a result of her guidance, Cedric C. Smith was named a Model PLC at Work® school. Moreover, both schools' RTI processes were restructured to provide standard-based differentiated instruction to all students.

Tiffany has earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and master’s degrees in business and educational leadership.
