Designate funds once—then meet your school-improvement goals year after year

Invest in research-based, results-driven services focused on long-term results

Whatever your school-improvement goals are, we can help you develop a long-term, customized professional development strategy to achieve sustainable results for your students. Through the Forward FocusED™ program, you can build common language and shared knowledge, skills, and processes that are essential to building momentum for continued success.

Forward FocusED™ is a multiyear professional development program that delivers the research-based, results-driven services, on-site support, resources, and embedded learning opportunities teachers and administrators need to build a solid foundation for student achievement.

  • A needs assessment to determine your strengths and opportunities
  • Ongoing, onsite training from trusted experts in Professional Learning Communities at Work®, Response to Intervention at Work™, the Assessment Collaborative, Transforming School Culture, Mathematics at Work™, and more
  • Licenses to two ed-tech platforms for professional learning, Avanti (District Administrator Award Winner) and Global PD Teams
  • Registrations to key events featuring the field’s premier thought leaders
  • Book and video resources specific to your unique needs
  • Progress monitoring to keep you focused on priority goals for your schools
  • Strategies for developing and retaining quality teachers aligned with your mission
  • Embedded coaching and high-touch support to build on your results year after year
