With a rich background in educational leadership, Jed has served as the middle school principal for the school district of Onalaska in Onalaska, Wisconsin for the last 15 years. He is passionate about enhancing the learning experience by implementing PLC at Work® and RTI at Work™ strategies.
In 2019, his school was recognized as a Model Professional Learning Community School and was awarded the Excellence in Partnership Award from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Jed's professional contributions include blog posts, "Learn from my Mistakes," published on Solution Tree’s website and as a contributor to Powerful Guiding Coalitions by Bill Hall. As a member of various educational communities, Jed continuously strives to foster collaboration and improvement in teaching practices.
Jed holds a master's degree in educational leadership from the University of St. Thomas, Minnesota, and a bachelor of science from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. His educational background and extensive experience have equipped him with the skills necessary to drive meaningful changes in educational settings.
