With over 30 years experience in education, Jennifer Watt has worked with both new and experienced classroom teachers, supporting them to think about how they can share their knowledge, experience, and practices to establish professional communities and improve student learning.
She has held positions as an education officer at the Ontario Ministry of Education in the assessment, evaluation and reporting departments. She worked at the Ontario College of Teachers with the professional accreditation team. She also was an instructor for teacher candidates at Ontario Institute for Studies (OISE) and York as an instructor and has hosted many international delegations who sought to learn more about the Ontario education system and professional qualifications.
She holds a masters degree from OISE on the topic of the evaluation of teaching performance.
