Keely Keller is an educator, leader, and writer based in Big Lake, Minnesota. She brings a wealth of experience and passion to her role as director of professional programs at K12 Coalition, an organization that partners with districts and leaders across the United States to enhance teaching, learning, and professional practices to positively impact learners. With a deep-rooted commitment to enhancing educational outcomes, Keely works to create critical partnerships, innovative programs, and useful resources designed to empower teachers and leaders across America.
Her journey in education spans from teaching and leading special education to coaching behavior analysts and instructing aspiring special educators. Keely’s career trajectory was shaped by her love of fostering professional growth among educators. Passionate about curriculum development and professional growth, she has led transformative book studies, designed comprehensive online learning programs, and equipped educators with evidence-based strategies to enhance student learning. A lifelong learner, Keely remains dedicated to advancing education with the belief that every student deserves the support they need to succeed.
Keely has presented at state and national educational conferences, including the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development (ASCD) and the Association for Middle Level Education (AMLE), on topics such as teacher burnout, personalized learning, microteaching, and new teacher induction. She is the author of Honoring Each Learner: How to Develop Individualized Learning Plans for All Students, and she penned the article “New Teacher Retention: Impacts, Challenges, and Solutions and Self-Care for Educators” for the Teaching Channel.
Keely holds a bachelor of science in special education from St. Cloud State University and a master of arts in education from Hamline University. She is certified in three special education categories and holds both a director of special education and a principal license from the University of Minnesota.
