Meagan Rhoades

Meagan Rhoades is the former district assessment coordinator for White River School District in Buckley, Washington. She worked in this district for more than 20 years. Prior to becoming the assessment coordinator, Meagan served as a substitute paraeducator, building secretary, and member of the district’s technology department. Meagan then stepped into the district office as an assistant, and from there moved into the assessment coordinator position.

Meagan has presented at numerous conferences. A personal highlight for her was co-presenting with her mother at the National Association for the Education of Young Children conference in 1992. She worked with PLC at Work® architect Robert Eaker to guide the PLC work for Murfreesboro City Schools in Tennessee. She has also served as a trainer for several school districts and has been a cowriter for Solution Tree blogs and the All Things PLC website.
