Nina Markey is the principal of Elk Ridge Elementary, a Model PLC at Work® school. With more than 10 years of experience in education, she has previously served as a special education teacher, classroom teacher, and assistant principal at the elementary level.
Nina specializes in implementing the Professional Learning Communities at Work process, building a shared vision through guiding coalitions and special education.
Nina studied at Western Washington University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in special education and elementary education, and a master’s degree in educational leadership.
