Jane Ardell is a full-time Solution Tree associate with over 30 years of experience in education. She was most recently a director at Cartwright School District in Phoenix, Arizona, where she worked with teachers and administrators on instructional planning, assessment and intervention.

Jane Ardell is a full-time Solution Tree associate with over 30 years of experience in education. She was most recently the director of STEM & college and career readiness at Cartwright School District in Phoenix, Arizona. There, she worked with teachers and administrators on instructional planning, assessment and intervention.
Jane began her career as a middle school math and history teacher in San Francisco. After moving to Arizona, she became an instructional coach, an assistant principal and then a principal. As an administrator, she successfully led two underperforming schools to high performance through careful implementation of the professional learning communities (PLC) process.
Jane received her bachelor’s degree in history from the University of San Francisco, her master’s degree in diversity in education from San Francisco State, and her administrative credential from Northern Arizona University.
