Casey R. Ahner has more than 22 years’ experience in education. He has served as a special education teacher, counselor, assistant principal, and principal at the intermediate and elementary levels.

Ann Alfonso has been the principal of Bethke Elementary, a Model Professional Learning Communities at Work® school in Timnath, Colorado, since 2008. She is passionate about sustaining a positive, inclusive culture and developing young educators.

Lety Amalla currently serves as the executive director of student programs for Midland ISD in Midland, Texas. In this role, she oversees the bilingual/ESL, career and technical education, GT/advanced academics, and fine arts programs.

Tania Amerson is executive director of exceptional education for the Bartow County School System where she cultivates a professional learning community culture. With 30 years of experience in special education, she’s served as a teacher, instructional coach, and administrator.

Jason A. Andrews, EdD is the superintendent of Windsor Central School District and the 2019 Superintendent of the Year. Previously, he served as a high school teacher, coach, cocurricular adviser, and middle school principal.

Ashley Andriot serves the Kentucky Department of Education as a literacy coaching specialist. She is devoted to building teacher capacity and motivating and inspiring teachers to meet their full potential through high-quality professional development sessions.

Dr. Aspasia Angelou has 25 years of educational experience as a teacher, teacher trainer, high school principal, and director of high school design and superintendent.

Jane Ardell is a full-time Solution Tree associate with over 30 years of experience in education. She was most recently a director at Cartwright School District in Phoenix, Arizona, where she worked with teachers and administrators on instructional planning, assessment and intervention.

Toby Arritola is the principal at Mountain Vista Elementary School in Aurora, Colorado. With more than 20 years of experience as an educator, Toby specializes in and advocates for developing PLCs and a healthy school culture.

Jordan Ashley has guided schools to a culture of collective efficacy for student learning through the establishment of necessary foundational structures. As the director of instruction, equity, and instructional personnel for the Cortland Enlarged City School District, he supports district- and building-level practices for a guaranteed and viable curriculum related to both academic and social-emotional learning.
