She has experience leading professional learning in large and small group settings, and passionately supports the work of professional learning communities with a focus on common assessments to improve student and teacher learning.
A National Board Certified Teacher, Rea has provided on-site support at the district, school, and team levels. She has a reputation for designing and presenting meaningful and engaging professional learning experiences.
Rea earned her bachelor’s degree in elementary and middle education from the University of Kansas, as well as a master’s degree in curriculum and instruction from Arkansas State University.
