Our promise

We pledge to regard your privacy with the highest degree of respect. We believe that our customers have a right to know what information we might collect about them and why. We are subject to the rules and provisions of both the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and we are committed to protecting any information that may directly or indirectly personally identify you (“Personal Information”).

What information do we collect?

We may collect the following types of Personal Information from you:

  • Contact information: All private customer information comes to us via secure, encrypted data transmissions. We may collect names, emails, job titles, and billing and shipping addresses.
  • Payment information: Our customers' credit card information is not stored or archived on any publicly accessible computer system. If a customer chooses to use a credit card, we may collect the customer profile and payment id associated with the payment vendor in use.
  • Order information: We will send an email to acknowledge your order(s) with us. Under no circumstances would we ever expose any of your financial information (e.g., credit card number) in email. We may collect your IP address for tracking purposes.
  • Account information: You have the option to create a customer account on our website. All account information is regarded as highly confidential.
  • Website usage information: Your last login date and time and last updated date and time will be collected.

Cookies

Cookies are small pieces of data sent to your browser and stored on your computer to help us collect and track customer information. We use cookies for Single Sign On for various third-party applications, marketing, and general website navigation.

We Use Behavioral Advertising

We use Google Analytics’ 3rd-party audience data such as age, gender, and interests to better understand the behavior of our customers, and we work with companies that collect information about your online activities to provide advertising targeted to your interests and preferences. For example, you may see certain ads on this website or other websites because we contract with Google and other similar companies to target our ads based on information we or they have collected, including information that was collected through automated means (such as cookies and web beacons). These companies also use automated technologies to collect information when you click on our ads, which helps track and manage the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.

Opt-Out

You may choose to opt-out of the automated collection of information by third-party ad networks for the purpose of delivering advertisements tailored to your interests by visiting the following pages:

How do we use your information?

We may use your Personal Information to (i) process your orders and deliver the products and services you purchase, (ii) send you marketing and promotional materials about our products and services, (iii) improve our website and provide you with a better user experience, and (iv) prevent fraud and protect our legal rights.

Children’s Privacy

Only people aged 18 or older have permission to access our service. Our service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you learn that your children have provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Data Retention

We retain the information we receive as described in this privacy policy for as long as you use our services or as necessary to fulfill the purpose(s) for which it was collected, provide our services, resolve disputes, establish legal defenses, conduct audits, pursue legitimate business purposes, enforce our agreements, and comply with applicable laws.

Who do we share your information with?

We may share limited Personal Information with third-party vendors for marketing or payment processing purposes.

We may also access, preserve, and disclose your Personal Information if we believe doing so is required or appropriate to: (i) comply with law enforcement or national security requests and legal process, such as a court order or subpoena; (ii) respond to your requests; (iii) protect yours’, ours’ or others’ rights, property, or safety; (iv) to enforce our policies or contracts; (v) to collect amounts owed to us; (vi) when we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to prevent physical harm or financial loss or in connection with an investigation or prosecution of suspected or actual illegal activity; or (vii) if we, in good faith, believe that disclosure is otherwise necessary or advisable.

International Transfer

The information we collect from you, including Personal Information, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.

If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the information, including Personal Information, to the United States and process it there.

Your consent to this privacy policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

How do we protect your information?

We Use the Toughest Encryption We Can

Our computers are set up to automatically use the highest level of encryption that your web browser can legally handle. We maintain a full 256-bit digital encryption certificate on our own in-house web servers for your protection.

Rights of Access, Rectification, Erasure, and Restriction

You may inquire as to whether we are processing your Personal Information, request access to your Personal Information, and ask that we correct, amend, or delete your Personal Information where it is inaccurate.

Although we make good faith efforts to provide individuals with access to their Personal Information, there may be circumstances in which we are unable to provide access, including but not limited to: where the information contains legal privilege, would compromise others’ privacy or other legitimate rights, where the burden or expense of providing access would be disproportionate to the risks to the individual’s privacy in the case in question, or where it is commercially proprietary. If we determine that access should be restricted in any instance, we will provide you with an explanation of why that determination has been made and a contact point for any further inquiries. To protect your privacy, we will take commercially reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access to or making any changes to your Personal Information.

Changes to our privacy policy

Any information that is collected via our services is covered by the privacy policy in effect at the time such information is collected. We may revise this privacy policy from time to time in our sole discretion, so please review it periodically. You understand and agree that you will be deemed to have accepted the updated privacy policy if you use our services after the updated privacy policy is posted. If at any point you do not agree to any portion of the privacy policy then in effect, you must immediately stop using our services. If we make any material changes to this privacy policy, we’ll endeavor to notify you of those changes and we’ll update the “Last Updated Date” above to indicate when those changes will become effective.
