Sarah Hays, a seasoned educator with 30 years of experience, currently serves as the PLC Administrative Coach for the Bozeman School District. Sarah served as the principal of Emily Dickinson Elementary School in Bozeman, MT. She has also held various educational roles, including high school assistant principal, district curriculum director, and high school English and math teacher.

Sarah Hays, a seasoned educator with 30 years of experience, currently serves as the PLC Administrative Coach for the Bozeman School District. In this position, she is working to help K-12 schools effectively implement PLCs and achieve Solution Tree Model PLC School designation. Prior to taking this position, Sarah served as the principal of Emily Dickinson Elementary School in Bozeman, MT. She has also held various educational roles, including high school assistant principal, district curriculum director, and high school English and math teacher.
Sarah passionately pursues educational excellence. The art of teaching and the art of leadership are areas to which she has devoted her career. Her goal is to ensure students receive a quality education, and teachers are equipped with the skills and resources to do their best work. She takes pride in the work she has done to successfully implement PLCs and help improve student learning.
Sarah earned a master’s degree in curriculum and instruction, and a bachelor’s degree in English with a math minor from Montana State University. Additionally, she earned an administrative certificate from University of Montana.
