Solution Tree in Arizona

Ready to support educators statewide and in your district

At Solution Tree, we share the vision of K–12 Arizona schools to raise academic outcomes for all students in Arizona. Since 1998, we’ve helped more than one million educators navigate challenging obstacles that lie in the path of student success.

Alesha Henderson, executive director of our newly opened Arizona State Office, is one of the educators making a difference in the lives of children across the Phoenix metro area. Starting as a bilingual teacher, Alesha’s entire career has focused on supporting educators and quality instructional practices. As a school improvement consultant, she worked directly with teachers and principals to improve literacy outcomes for all students.

With colleagues across every county, along with schools and districts at every level, Alesha and Solution Tree have sought out collaboration with passionate educators to help create the best elementary and secondary schools in Arizona. We do this by offering the highest-quality professional learning and embedded coaching in support of raising student achievement.

Our Promise

No other professional learning company provides our unique blend of research-based, results-driven services that improve learning outcomes for students.
