Rachel Hankerson
Rachel Hankerson is currently the principal of Marguerite Hahn Elementary School. Prior to becoming a principal, Rachel was a special education teacher. She then moved to the district office, where she served as a program specialist in the special education department.

Rachel Hankerson is currently the principal of Marguerite Hahn Elementary School. Prior to becoming a principal, Rachel was a special education teacher. She then moved to the district office, where she served as a program specialist in the special education department. Rachel has emphasized the importance of working as a team to ensure continuous improvement through the professional learning communities (PLC) process. She led Marguerite Hahn Elementary School to gain recognition as a Model PLC at Work® school in the winter of 2023.
Rachel received an education specialist teaching credential, administrative credential, and a master’s degree in educational leadership from Sonoma State University. She has a bachelor’s degree in liberal studies from San Francisco State University.
