Kathryn Morem, EdD, has more than 25 years of educational experience, serving as an elementary school principal and director of professional development in Florida, as well as a Spanish/ESL teacher in Arizona and Switzerland.

Kathryn Morem, EdD, has more than 25 years of experience as an educator. She has served as an elementary school principal and director of professional development in Florida. Her background also includes teaching at the elementary and high school levels, instructing IB Spanish and ESL in Arizona and Switzerland.
Dr. Morem specializes in high-impact instructional and PLC practices, results-oriented coaching for teachers, second language acquisition, and standards and instruction alignment to optimize student learning and achievement. Her experience in training school administrators on effective leadership practices has included both high-poverty and high-socioeconomic populations.
She is a graduate of the State of Florida’s distinguished Commissioner’s Leadership Academy. She has directed the implementation of multiple program and policy initiatives in her role as director of professional development, including teacher and principal performance appraisal systems.
Dr. Morem earned a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and a master’s degree in curriculum and instruction from Arizona State University. She earned her doctoral degree in educational leadership from Lynn University.
